Social Skills

Our Social skills enrichment program offers a number of different social skills groups ranging from groups for children with ADHD and anxiety, to children who need practice becoming more assertive and confident. Our social skills groups use yoga & meditation, art, play, and interactive games to enrich your child’s interactions with peers. We teach critical social skills; provide an opportunity to practice the skills while receiving individualized coaching and valuable feedback; and use activities to create tangible reminders of the skills so that they generalize into your child’s everyday life. Our goal is to emphasize your child’s strengths and to provide your child with the skills and confidence to make and keep meaningful peer relationships.
